No corners were cut during the construction of this hangar – Built in 2018, the hangar features a 60ft wide x 17ft high Hi-Fold auto locking hangar door, a 10ft x 8ft front garage door, a 9x7 rear garage door and 3 service doors to access all areas of the hangar. The hangar bay features a huge workshop area, mechanics wash area, with hot & cold water hook ups, and floor drains in all areas. No stone was left unturned designing this building – the hangar bay features a 3-zone in floor heat system, with additional 2-zone heat & A/C in the pilot lounge and office areas. All hangar walls have been constructed with spray foam insulation, which not only increases R-value, but also adds to the strength of the structure. The entire hangar (including hangar door) has been crafted with insulated Andersen windows. The floors are a solid 6 inches of concrete with re-bar, complete with a beautiful, polished finish. The hangar features a pilot lounge with full kitchen, crew facilities including a workout room, pilot quiet rooms, office areas which overlook the hangar bay, 4 bathrooms, shower & laundry facilities. The lounge & office areas are finished with beautiful solid maple millwork, stone tiled floors, tin ceilings & eye-catching pipe light fixtures, to give this hangar a modern industrial style. The exterior of the hangar features a large corner lot with a spacious parking area, private rear yard adjoining the farm fields, concrete patio perfect for crew cook outs, a south facing apron (no ice build up), gorgeous stone work, a security camera system to monitor the interior & exterior, and a great view to watch the airplanes land on runway 14.
