I'm selling a small farm in Northern California it has a south facing downhill slope. We're in the northern hemisphere so the sun shines from the south a bit and it's better sunlight than level ground it's only 1.06 acres but it's zoned as a farm. Imagine it's probably the closest thing to the Old West, the way the West was in the old days.
