The Caprock is nestled in the growing community of Pine Lake Resort, the only resort community of its kind, located less than 5 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park. The first-floor great room is breathtaking with its vaulted ceilings, huge wall of windows, and expansive cozy living area with fireplace. Connected to the great room, there is formal dining, a beverage bar, and additional seating located at the kitchen island. The fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, with gas stove top, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher is complimented by custom cabinetry and quartz countertops. The first floor includes two king suites. Finishing out the first floor is a spacious bunkroom with 4 queen beds. An oversized stairway leads to the second level where there is a pub style game room with a ping pong table, a pub table, and arcade. A third Master suite, hidden by a custom barn door, contains a king bed, adjoining office/flex space and en suite bathroom. The third-floor loft transports guests to a view overlooking the treetops in a cozy area complemented with lounging pillows. Pine Lake Resort has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities. Enjoy the quiet, tree-lined roads and walking trails, including bridges that pass over the lake, as you make your way toward the resort-style amenities.
